It's not a menu [Agar] is really exquisite. Feelings are felt. So, I wonder if I can order something that contains agar as you like ...

Following Kantaro footstep, we ordered both white and dark syrup, both are really nice. The lady boss also serves us very nice hot green tea!
Lovely traditional Japanese dessert at very reasonable price!
Traditional Japanese desserts. No English menu. We ordered the arrowroot noodles and rice cake in red bean soup. A very simple place. The desserts were really good
Not going to lie, I went here because of Kantaro the Sweet toothed Salaryman. It was every bit as good as I had expected it be.I don't know a lot about Japanese desserts but I do know that the Anmitsu was one of the best things I've ever tasted.
Excellent old-school Japanese traditional dessert shop. They have takeout at the window outside too. They don't take credit cards do make sure you have cash on hand.
Traditional interior with small, wood furnishing. Full of locals after their sweet tooth fix and a couple of surly salarymen here and there also.If you are after Kantaro’s light syrup anmistu and dark syrup anmitsu all you need to know how to say is:Kuriyo shiroppo anmitsu hitotsu desu, tho,dÄku shiroppo anmitsu hitotsu desu. Onegaishimaaasu. It will be delivered to you in 30 seconds and it is the best sweet you will ever taste. The red bean paste here is on a different level. Tread with caution, as it is easy to slip down the slope towards a third, fourth and fifth bowl of anmitsu. Keep those for the staff, who clearly help themselves to plenty of bowls while customers are not watching (you will see what I mean when you visit).
An amazing experience for a foreigner - the design of the space makes you feel wabi-sabi, the patterns used are beautiful, there is a lot of wood and open fire to keep the water kettle hot. Sweets were good, I liked the dessert with fruit and mochi.
Fantastic place. Not terribly friendly if you don't know Japanese... Unless you found out about the place from Kantaro, in which case just asking about it gets you this order :3Def a bit sweeter than I had expected, but fabulous nonetheless.
Good place and taste but quite expensive
